    • A “Personal License” subscription providing access to the code offered by the website editor, including unlimited access, regular updates, and community support
    • A “Business License” subscription providing access to the code offered by the website editor, including 4 licenses with the option to add additional licenses, and dedicated support

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (referred to as "Terms") apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by the Seller, hereafter referred to as: SAS PERAMOLIONEL, represented by Mr. Lionel Péramo, a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a capital of €5000, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of LE PLESSIS-ROBINSON under number 82140830900028, whose headquarters are located at 41, rue Bernard Iské, 92350 LE PLESSIS-ROBINSON.

  • A personal license called "Personal License" allowing access to the code provided by the site editor, including unlimited access, regular updates, and community support.
  • A business license called "Business License" including 4 licenses, the option to add additional licenses, and dedicated support.

The products are available for sale worldwide.

Article 4 - Order Process

The Client must select the products they wish to order on the website https://ecocomposer.dev/, according to the following process:

  • Fill in payment information.
  • Accept the present Terms and the software license agreement.
  • Validate payment information.

Article 5 - Price

Due to the nature of the digital products sold, the Client does not benefit from a right of withdrawal.
